			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s early Januray 2008 and the rumours of a new version of the GN Trans Am all died up. There is no new news to be found and it almost looks like this project is in the fridge again.</p>
<p>Voices are telling that it would be a wise decision of GM to build a new Trans Am as it would sell like hot cakes but it doesn&#8217;t look like anything new is coming out at this moment. The first rumours we picked up about the new Trans Am are from late 2006 and those are the only sources that mentioned it. Either GM is keeping this real quiet or it is what it was&#8230;just a rumour.</p>
<p>I can tell you that we will keep a close eye on the news and if there are new announcments about the 2008 or 2009 Trans Am we will post it asap.</p>

<p>Four distinct generations, based on Pontiac Firebird coupe body styles were produced between 1967 and 2002. These cars were built on the F-body platform, which was also shared by the Chevrolet Camaro.</p>
<p>The first generation was available only in 1969. The second generation was available from 1970 to 1981 and was featured in the 1977</p>
<p>The Transam was discuntinud in 2002 but rumours are around that the Trans Am will be back in a few years.</p>
